Background
Founded in 2003 followed by a succession of mergers and acquisitions, the Auxilia Group quickly became established, providing a range of facility maintenance services, centred on climate control.
The issues
The group soon gained an enviable client portfolio of household names in retailing, and with it a considerable share of the market. However, each group company had strong ties and excellent relationships with their own key clients, some for over 30 years, and each had their own established identity. The challenge for Lighthouse was to bring together the group companies into consistent brand architecture, maintaining the key client relationships while introducing the brand - and the value provided by the Auxilia Group. The goal was to make Auxilia the leading name in the industry.
Our solution
Lighthouse created a name that introduces the concept of support, and a forward looking, modern identity for Auxilia, bringing together each of the group companies under a common brand architecture. Continued through the line marketing support and brand application over 3 years has helped to amalgamate the services of each group company into a single Auxilia offering and establish the group as a market leader.
